jedion357 September 3, 2016 - 3:49pm | Did your group roll up ball bearings, a high fashion dress, vrusk art work? Suggest a new item to find on the Serena Dawn. Doesn't have to be in the cargo hold. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
ChrisDonovan September 6, 2016 - 5:40pm | 1 box of "recreational" videos including all 7 parts of the "Sathar Love Slave" series. *evil* |

1 box of "recreational" videos including all 7 parts of the "Sathar Love Slave" series. *evil* That would be from deposed TS Exploration Force General Manuel Noriega's private collection. FUN FACT - a high school friend of mine who joined the armed forces shortly after graduation was part of the ground force that stormed Noriega's home. The good general had a private room --- by my friend's description it was a huge room that could easily house a family of four --- packed full of obscure porn videos featuring beastiality, under-age "actors", foot fetish, and just about every other "unconventional" form of sex imaginable...with nary a single video copy featuring conventional porn. Noriega was definitely a sick puppy. |

Noriega was definitely a sick puppy. Yes but before his indictment for drug trafficking he was our dick puppy. It would stretch the imagination to believe the CIA didn't know about his darker side while he was their most valuable asset. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
Shadow Shack September 6, 2016 - 6:58pm | Yes but before his indictment for drug trafficking he was our dick puppy. With the full context in mind, I couldn't have come up with a better choice of words. |

Autocorrect got that one right it seems. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
ChrisDonovan September 7, 2016 - 4:21am | Side story from Panama: The Rangers were trying to enter one of Noriega's houses and were confronted by a locked front door. Not having the key, and being the decisive guys that they are, they quickly improvised a lockpick: a LAW rocket. After that, the informal nickname for LAW rockets became "Ranger keys". |

LOL, should use that in the Frontier; Ground Fleet Keys, Militia Keys, or Vrusk Keys I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
rattraveller September 7, 2016 - 8:05am | Not sure who told you about ranger keys but I think they were telling you a tall tale. Retired Army Infantry here and was active during the Panama Invasion and never heard of this. Tried to find it online and not there (although the Legendary Power Rangers Keys was). The M72 Light Anti-Tank Weapon has a minimum arming distance of 10 meters. So your Rangers went up to the door found it was locked. Backed up 33 feet at least probably more to avoid the flying wood and mortar chips and fired an anti-tank weapon INSTEAD of doing as their training says and use a window or maybe the backdoor? Could have happened but knowing how soldiers like to talk I am voting for not. Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go? |
ChrisDonovan September 7, 2016 - 9:01am | I read it in a biography about SF a few years ago. https://books.google.com/books?id=zUpuWYyWPi8C&pg=PA360&lpg=PA360&dq=LAW+rocket+Ranger+key&source=bl&ots=1iDTRK_bHL&sig=dkvWR0ue... page 360 |
rattraveller September 7, 2016 - 12:25pm | Okay I will stand corrected on that one. Still an anti-tank rocket for a glass door from a Tom Clancy novel? Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go? |
JCab747 September 7, 2016 - 12:31pm | Okay I will stand corrected on that one. Still an anti-tank rocket for a glass door from a Tom Clancy novel? Men At Work: "Overkill" Joe Cabadas |
ChrisDonovan September 7, 2016 - 1:08pm | Okay I will stand corrected on that one. Still an anti-tank rocket for a glass door from a Tom Clancy novel? Not a novel. Non-fiction book. |
jedion357 September 12, 2016 - 7:23am | A rare "vintage" of fungus bug from Kdikit, Madderly's Star. Worth 500-1000 Cr since fungus bugs are no longer produced there since the Free World Rebellion. Re:. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
