No official association but in the Frontier according to Jedion a luetenant of Hatzk Naar escaped the First Common Muster and founded the Star Devil pirates changing his identity to The Star Devil since he was wanted under his original name which was discovered in the computers of the captured pirate vessels. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |

It may be that in the environment of post 1st common Muster with the need for greater secrecy that the Star Devil set up the front company as a way of doing business.
