 May 26, 2015 - 5:58am | Thought of an acronym: Repubulic of Pale Exploration Service: RoPES members of this service oft refer to themselves as Ropers. Just need a cool looking patch One possibility: crossed telescope and rocket (rocket would be the classic 1950s style of rocket) on a black field with the words Repubulic of Pale Exploration Service above and a nice latin motto below. A patch done in silver and black would look nice but perhaps an exploration service might require it to be in mutted colors so as to blend in to an envrionment and not be so flashy as silver would be. This would be the old disbanded service as it was merged with the militia during or after the food riots and annexation of New Pale and Cygnus Omicron IX. PCs who start as a former Roper get a free Pale Exploration service utility belt: see FS #9 Minzii Market place. PC gets just the belt but may declare that all his tools are the original tools for the belt if he buys them. If he does buy the rope, multi tool, and flash light he can then have the E-tool and mini folding grappling hook for free. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
