Shadow Shack October 17, 2009 - 11:16pm | Refer to: Corsair Container The antagonist to the TT-456 ( http://starfrontiers.us/node/3764 ) is complete! |
jedion357 October 19, 2009 - 11:04am | Nice work SS- would you be able to do a "clean" version (no people present) of the deck plans and upload a PDF? a clean version would be great for the rust of us to use in our individual games. EDIT PS: I believe Will said this elsewhere but this container attached to a standard KH freighter would make a great premise for a Q-ship and the PCs supplying the crew- being a civilian out fit things would be a little more relaxed and free wheeling. It would lead to a game with a heavier emphasis on KH gaming. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
Shadow Shack October 19, 2009 - 3:58pm | It wouldn't be much of an issue to remove the crew. I'll do that for the larger files that go to the SFman |
Shadow Shack October 19, 2009 - 7:44pm | Actually...upon further review, it is a bit of a chore to remove and touch up. I'll just omit crew members from future deck plans, or add them in later as a second set. |
jedion357 October 19, 2009 - 10:00pm | I'll just omit crew members from future deck plans, or add them in later as a second set. thats what I'm doing with tactical maps for my on line game- making a master file and adding and moving around the characters latter. Its worked well for me. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
w00t (not verified) November 9, 2009 - 10:33pm | If you use a program like Gimp or InkScape you can layer the crew so they can easily be removed. SS I think the disk I sent had Gimp. InkScape is more appropriate for making deck plans. |
Shadow Shack November 10, 2009 - 8:26pm | I sent off "plain" versions for the submission. I'll have to check out the disc again... P.S. I jsut noticed that the container ship is node 3764 and the corsair container is 100 more at node 3864, pretty trippy! |
