Is there anything in the canon game about the equivalent of "pay phones" or public-access computer terminals?

If so, could you point me at a reference.  IIRC there is mention of public communications in at least one Frontiersman issue, but I was hoping the game itself might speak to it.

I think in Dark Side of the Moon there was public access computer terminals.
I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!

"Pay phones" wouldn't require any special rules, just a level 6 communication program in the city's computer. I'd just declare this part of the cost of living (half the credits a character earns on adventures) rather than nickel-and-dime characters making calls. And this assumes that not everyone wears a chronocom.

Public-access computer terminals would be similar, though their uses would be limited, probably to touristy functions like maps and listing liner schedules. Most public assistance is probably handled by robots, rather than by computer, and translations are more likely to be handled by polyvox than by computer terminal. Banks may have their own computer infrastructure with a level 6 commerce program, acting much like modern ATMs.

Looked it up last nite. DSotMoon does mention it. I thought the basic rules did, but couldn't find it there.
