SFAndroid April 2, 2015 - 9:38am | These arrived today for the wife and I. We lost our rings about 2 months after we were married. We never replaced them...for 28 years. I saw these and sent her a picture. I ordered them about 20 min later. She was so happy that I had thought about replacing them that, even though she's not a huge Who fan, she'd be happy to wear them. Instead of the "Together Forever" thing, I had "Time is Meaningless" engraved on her ring. You can't argue with the invincibly ignorant. - William F. Buckley |
jedion357 April 3, 2015 - 12:39pm | Very nice. Had to admit I thought this post was by a spam bot and I was swooping in on it to delete it and the poster from the site but these are cool. I had an idea for a Star Trek version of the claddagh ring. the hands would be in the classic Vulcan sign and coming together on the Star Trek emblem. for those who dont know the claddagh ring is an Irish thing that I only know about in passing, around Boston if you wear point of the heart pointing up your arm (toward your heart) it means you have a "beloved" but if it points down your finger it means you're available. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
