jedion357 February 27, 2015 - 4:45pm | A light has gone out in the universe and Spock has left us. I loved his reprise of his role in the new Star Trek where he says to Zachery Quinto playing a younger Spock: "Since my customary farwell would seem oddly self serving I will simply say, 'Good luck.'" I thought that was a great farwell to Star Trek fandom. Since his customary farwell no longer seems appropriate I will simply lift a hand in salute to a giant that inspired me greatly as a youth. Farwell. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |

Sargonarhes February 27, 2015 - 8:35pm | Oh, hey. Thought there would have been more posts in here about this by now. His last post on Twitter is a very profound statement. "A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory." - Leonard Nimoy in Klingon yIn katra 'emvo' maHvaD Hoch. English His katra will live on within us all. In every age, in every place, the deeds of men remain the same. |

iggy February 28, 2015 - 8:44am | I high school I tried for a time to be emotionless like Spock and that taught me great self control at an important age. I am sad to be without him and happy for the life he lead. -iggy |
