You've got a good start... better looking then my mess of notes 

I am currently banging my head against the wall working on recycling GW1 to SF. I am using Gamma Dawn to help me with this, but I have found Gamma Dawn lacks certain mutations and often pumps up the mutations higher than I like, so I am currently trying to balance out the mutations and keep them closer to the original GW1 in flavor. I am simply working first on converting creatures & gizmos as they can then be used as people see fit.

I sped read through your draft... I take it the Mar's environment has been changed, I took what I read to mean there is now a harsh environment but breathable atmosphere, with the help of respirators, so that also indicates sufficient atmospheric pressure to prevent other problems... or did I misunderstand? 

I noted Dune mentioned for a look to... that would be a good idea. Underground Water tanks would be good.
