 September 15, 2014 - 12:15pm | I was reading up on the Traveller adventure "Expedition to Zholdane" PCs must penetrate enemy Zholdane space aboard a small asteroid ship to rescue a sociologist form the Zholdane navy. (Who new that a sociologist was so important?) How would you adapt the idea to SF? PCs hitch ride on bokar ship into sathar space to rescue person X. The PCs dont represent Star Law, Space Fleet or any other official organ of the UPF otherwise the bokar captain would refuse out of hand being mindful of his relationship with the sathar. Betrayal by bokar should be a real possibility. Planet has a copy of Port Loren downtown as a agent training facility. a Stalag style prison camp. mining and refining operation Portable nuke mockups are part of the training but the real nukes are stored elsewhere (option for the PCs to cover escape with detonating nukes at sathar star port or etc. Use of holo screens to pass as bokar but on planet they could just pass as one more UPF citizen slave/agent in training. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
