Very cool.
Was the 3D done in Blender?
I'm a fan of sci-fi. I moved on to Fate from Star Frontiers and I'm wondering if that was a good idea. My blog is at http://brettfitzpatrick.com

Hey Spiralcat Welcome Back!!! I was hoping you would show up again and show us some more of what you were doing with Tazaret. It was pretty cool concept but it just ended suddenly and I hadn't seen any new rules or source material on your website. Hope there is more to come.

Back to the animation...I work almost exclusively in DAZ Studio, Carrera, Hexagon, And Bryce. I support DAZ studio because they are bold enough to offer the software for free and give away all types of freebies. Takes a lot of courage to offer your flagship product for free and hope that people will buy the supporting products. Blender is alright, I downloaded it and liked the modeling interface but the program is just not well supported. While it is free, there is very little stuff out there for it on sites like renderosity or share cg. There is some stuff, and some of it that I have seen is really really good. However, I cant justify spending a lot of time learning blender when I will have to make a lot of stuff from scratch. My end analysis of blender is this exceptional product, poor support.
