 March 1, 2012 - 3:28pm | Hey gang, Maybe it is here and I just can't find it, but is there a list with links to all the artists that have contributed to the remastered and Frontiersman projects? I know the Frontiersman gives credit and also a website to most of the artists, but I was hoping for a nice concise list on the links page. Anyone got something like that? I would be glad to compile a list form the magazines if no one else has. I just can't make a links web page.  March 1, 2012 - 6:31pm | I'm currently maintaining a list of artist that I've smoozed, butt kissed and begged help from on Deviant Art for use in the SFman. Since I have a whole contact proceedure and have to watch out for what their rules of use are on their DA page I'm rather loath to post that list publically. If you saw art you liked in the SFman that was credited to a DA artist and had a desire use it, you could contact them direct telling them that you saw their work in the SFman and loved it. That would actually boost our street cred and make my job easier. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
March 1, 2012 - 6:36pm | Fair comment Jedion357. However, my goal was to just provide a quick way to go find those artist gallerys so people could check out thier other stuff. Some of that stuff is great, and I would like to see more in that vein. I only include names and websites if they were credited in the magazine. I would think that would be the kind of thing the artists would like. That all said, I don't want to cause any trouble. I can send you the list and then you and TerlObar can decide if it should be public on the website.
