You can always thicken up the fur or possibly add in a Yaz Bra. Seriously though, the easiest fix is to crop out the controversial portion and offer the head shot only for the scene. As an artist I dislike censorship too. I got some flak onetime on the Frontierspace Site for having a cartoon characture female that some of the community thought was either too well endowed or too suggestive. I pulled the image and replaced it with a toned down version (The one saving grace of digital art is that you can alter images post render without a huge amount of wasted time). It didnt offend me to pull the image but i was mystified that an audience that grew up on conan, elfquet, D&D, and Valejo were so easily ruffled by a fantasy female characture who was fully clothed and not in a sexually suggestive pose. I have considered doing some pin-up nose art for use in players campaigns but ditched the idea based on my frosty reception with the aforementioned image. Art is a tricky, thing, even though I am a conservative I wouldnt be fast to call cartoon characters with animal heads and feminie bodies soft porn. If the art depicts sexually suggestive acts then it may very well qualify - it all depends on context, interpretation, or audience. Obviously you can open any national geo-graphic issue with a story about an aboriginal tribe and find images that someone somewhere will find too revealing or suggestive. I would err on the side of caution and offer as tasteful of an image as possible without showing discernable nudity and you should be fine. However, There were many of female robot illustrations in the frontiersman that definitely crossed the suggestive threshold and never even so much as blush or an "oh my" from the community. Its tricky, if you doubt the suitability then consider submitting an edited version or the head shot only.
