 August 28, 2011 - 7:58pm | No. No. No. It's the newest issue of the Star Frontiersman. The most popular rag in the Frontier.  Actually, it could be anything agreed upon in advance by the two parties. It could even be a periodical and the first set of numbers provided refer to the issue whether month/day, volume/issue, or whatever. i.e. we are sending ciphers using Harper's Weekly and the first number identifies the issue to use. All others refer to pages, lines, words, whatever within that issue. Ad Astra Per Ardua!
