Will's ship design got me inspired to work up a deck plan for the Dawn Trader Class
here's his stats:
HS:5 HP:20  ADF:3  MR:3  DCR:40
Crew: 14
Weapons: LC, LB, HARM(RB)
Defenses: RH, MS(x1)
Engines: 3 Atomic "B"

I decided to incorporate some field expedient modifications:

On deck 9 the ship master has added an airlock door to the room that serves as access to the work pods and since one work pod is missing this room is now an aux air lock which is generally unexpected by others doing a visual examination of the ship.

On deck 6 a shuttle docking buffer has been added to the out side of the cargo hold - a docked shuttle has no direct access to the ship but a system of staked out tethers runs from the cargo air lock to the shuttle.
The ship master had plans at one time to add an airlock and retractable tunnel at the upper cargo hold to access the shuttle directly but never acted on it and may never do so.

Planned changes- plan on making the port side cabin on deck 1 the shipmaster's berth and add a ladder access to a cupolla above deck 1 that will be labelled deck 1A which will be a fortress of solitude and inner sanctum for the ship master.

ooops I completely overlooked the MS

I'll have to insert a nother deck for that; perhaps even shoe horn the ship's launch in there too

the atmoprobes can go there as well or down in Engineering services

Design notes:
Deck 1: LC, atmoprobes, lifepod
Deck 2: Bridge, life pod
Deck 3 Crew quarters, life pod
Deck 4: passenger cabins and galley, lifeboat, mian hatch
Deck 5: RB, LB, life pod,
Deck 6 cargo
Deck 7: cargo and hatch
Deck 8: Main engineering, engine strut access, lifepod,
Deck 9: robotics shop, workpods, parts storage?

EDIT: Sorry Larry I spent a whole day(8 hrs) doing the tutorial and fiddling with map tool for nothing...
I managed to fix dunjini with a patch from the company and produced this WIP deck plan in a few hours
I rather doubt that map tool is going to work for me.

EDIT 2: If you are wondering why we even need a deck plan for a CFM ship, well as I was working on the ZG to the Rim it just seemed appropriate that we should have a few encounters for a GM to run a group as hire ons with a CFM crew. However, due to the size of the crew review of the Big Ships article from Polygon is in order for this and of the commerce rules from KHs.
