Passed 9/30/10

Famed TV series producer --- Rockford Files, A-Team, Greatest American Hero, Magnum P.I., Renegade, etc... a lot of the stuff most of us grew up with.
I'm not overly fond of Zeb's Guide...nor do I have any qualms stating why. Tongue out

Sorry to hear this. Cancer is one of our biggest killers. This being breast cancer awareness month it just drives home the point we all need to take care of ourselves and loved ones and see a doctor every once in a while.
Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go?

Dare I say one of the better TV writers compared to what's written for TV today. A very sad loss indeed.
In every age, in every place, the deeds of men remain the same.

Lots of Hours spent watching the A-team
Greatest American Hero- neat concept but short lived
Magnum PI: loved this show during high school
Renegade- saw some

Yeah- the '80s were different for TV programming

PS: the concept behind Greatest American Hero has potential in SF- aliens bring tech that can change the world but the chosen human looses the instruction manuel.
I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!

Lots of 70s stuff too...besides Rockford Files I watched a lot of Baa Baa Black Sheep and a bit of Berreta as well, IIRC he did Ironside too.

Bummer. I liked his work -- especially Magnum and Rockford. Back when TV was dominated by A-Team and three or more shows about PI's (Magnum, Simon and Simon, Remington). Good times.
