Shadow Shack February 18, 2010 - 6:26pm | http://exonauts.blogspot.com/2010/02/struggles-with-choosing-system.html It's not mine, but I came across this in another forum. Show your support for Star Frontiers in the poll there (upper right of the page), my vote brought it up to two so let's get some action on that end! |

Arclight February 18, 2010 - 9:48pm | Hmm... it got my vote. "If we knew what we were doing, it would not be called research, would it?" -A Einstein |
Imperial Lord February 18, 2010 - 11:42pm | REPRESENT!!! We are up to 42%! |

umungus February 19, 2010 - 8:37am | I just voted... At least I got to scare an alien rabbit thingy...... |
Sargonarhes February 19, 2010 - 12:06pm | I just got us up to 50%. Although there are systems I'd rather play, they just aren't listed there. I do miss WEG version for Star Wars however. In every age, in every place, the deeds of men remain the same. |
iggy February 19, 2010 - 12:17pm | I voted back at 42%. We are so evil. Stuffing the ballot box, shame on us. -iggy -iggy |
jedion357 February 19, 2010 - 1:56pm | We are so evil. Stuffing the ballot box, shame on us. -iggy LOL- In my state the majority party worries about rain on election day as a larger % of their voters will stay home and they cry about minority praties robbing them of the election. I suspect that though we may be small we are the best organized and most enthusiastic fans on the web so too bad for anyone who whines. plus the lurker base could be much broader than we suspect so we may not be as small as all that. anyhow I'm 16 and we're at 51% plus I posted on SF-UN yahoo group and my 1st PBP game as a public service to others who might want to vote and I assure you there was no ballot stuffing motive at all, honest. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
Shadow Shack February 19, 2010 - 4:18pm | We are so evil. Stuffing the ballot box, shame on us. It's called "campaigning", and it's perfectly legal. FWIW, I found that sight at the DragonsFoot forums (a classic D&D / AD&D site), the guy is whipping up his own RPG and was looking for a SciFi rules-set to mimic. Traveller and d6 Star Wars seemed to be the majority preferences over there, with SF mentioned a few times. |
jedion357 February 19, 2010 - 8:53pm | Still with the strong representation it may cause someone to take notice and join in the real fun we're all having. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
Will February 19, 2010 - 11:06pm | LOL- In my state the majority party worries about rain on election day as a larger % of their voters will stay home and they cry about minority praties robbing them of the election. And, the majority party in Mass is what, the Roman Catholic Church? I much prefer the Dropkick Murphy Party. Voted, and the tally still stands at 42%. Shadow Shack February 20, 2010 - 3:42am | Hey, someone finally voted for X-plorers! (whatever that game is...) |
Will February 20, 2010 - 10:00am | 44% now. Woo-hoo! "You're everything that's base in humanity," Cochrane continued. jedion357 February 21, 2010 - 8:11am | Nice to see the writer of that blog praising the SFman site wonder who he is. "Would you prefer another target? Military target? Then name the system!" I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |

bioreplica February 22, 2010 - 1:42pm | I'm the 34th vote and we're still at 44%.? «Language is a virus from outer space» William S. Burroughs |
Shadow Shack February 23, 2010 - 3:54am | Looks like the poll's over. SF won by a landlside (no surprise there, SF fans kick all the other games' fans' azzes!!!) I'm surprised that "something else" came in second though. I had Traveller or SW pegged for that slot. |
