How about we try contact WOTC and get Star Frontiers on the RPGA's game list? Or even create our own gaming league.

not sure what that means - I've never known what the RPGA was all about... educate me?

Honestly, I doubt that there is much stopping people from running SF games at Gencon or Dragon either.  Maybe a Convention Promotion project is in order?

From what little I have delt with the RPGA, they seem to be stuck on D&D.

I think Full Bleed is on the right track with Convention Promotions.

RPGA is a WotC sponsored outlet to help support their game of choice. Without huge amounts of interest in a game, WotC pulls the support... even for campaign settings within the D&D umbrella. I am normally quite optimistic, but I will probably sound very pessimistic when I say that I doubt you/we can get much interest from RPGA and/or WotC for any sort of support.

This does not mean that we cannot pursue developing our own network of games/events, which is probably a more productive use of our time/energy, and will ultimately give us more control over the endeavor than if we become the puppets of Hasbro/WotC.

To be honest, since Wizzes sold their soul to Lucas and Star Wars, I think we should stay away from them as much as possible.
