November 3, 2007 - 6:33pm | Rather than port over Outer Reach, I am going to tuck that one away for now. This is a new Level 1 Campaign, starting from scratch. Episode 1: "Routine Security" “Routine Security, Routine Security,” Arzagan growls as he leans back in his chair. He lights a slim perfumed cigar with his long hairy fingers. “Six months off Histran, some moonbase mining op. Nice and quiet. Standard rotation. Walk around and look at walls, and come home with 5000 creds each after the shift.”

April 17, 2008 - 10:26am | I am generally unavailable on Thursday and Sunday nights, starting around 6 PM EDT, because that's when my gaming group meets. I'm usually available any other time. I am also available on Thursday and Sunday during the day. If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe. -- Carl Sagan |
April 17, 2008 - 3:08pm | Any night of the week (between 7h30 and 10pm - NY time !) except Friday is okay with me. «Language is a virus from outer space» William S. Burroughs |
![]() April 18, 2008 - 9:17am | Mon, Tue, Thur - Late evening (Sat is optional) Shadow will not be playing so I wouldn't NPC him. Keep your focus on GM'ing. |
April 18, 2008 - 10:48am | That's ok - I will NPC him. Seems like we have it narrowed down to Mon/Tues. Any objections to picking one of those two nights? Any preferences? Now - how about times... Got to be at least 8PM EST for me... |
![]() April 18, 2008 - 11:54am | I may have to drop out after all as the scheduling may not work out. Anyway, if I'm in, Monday nights are out and the soonest I could start on Tuesday swould be 10pm Eastern. And that is if I can get home from my kids' soccer games (which go to 9:30) and get them all settled down and out of my hair by then. So if there is a time that works for the rest of you don't feel bad about playing without me. The SSW game is keeping me busy enough. Ad Astra Per Ardua! April 30, 2008 - 6:15pm | Well ... for personal reasons I have to drop out. Sorry. «Language is a virus from outer space» William S. Burroughs |
April 30, 2008 - 10:58pm | Well - sorry to hear that... Back down to two... |
June 25, 2008 - 2:23pm | K'ras-Tvil is in. I'm off on Tue/Wed/Thursday evenings and can adjust for any time zone. |
June 25, 2008 - 2:52pm | EXCELLENT - now either Corvus or Terlo and we are ON!!! Or anyone else....? |
June 25, 2008 - 3:07pm | We are saying 10PM EST on TUESDAY. Everyone in? |
June 25, 2008 - 4:02pm | I'm in. If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe. -- Carl Sagan |
June 25, 2008 - 9:19pm | Is this going to be a live RPG in the gameroom here? If so you'll need to set that up and import the players/character info. 7 pacific/10 eastern works for me |
June 26, 2008 - 7:01am | Larry, can you provide all of the details on the gameroom situation? Thanks |
June 26, 2008 - 8:26pm | FIRST SESSION: TUESDAY. JULY 1st, 10 PM, EST. We will follow Larry's instructions as to the various features. Does everyone have microphones? I would dearly love to do voice... |
June 27, 2008 - 3:30am | No mikes here. Gotta rely on chat room on my end. |
June 27, 2008 - 5:59am | I have a headset, but internet chat is notoriously glitchy and I wouldn't use it for a game unless you paid me. Chat room for me. If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe. -- Carl Sagan |
June 27, 2008 - 11:29am | Ok, chat room it is. Dang. I was kinda hoping you might offer to pay me. ![]() If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe. -- Carl Sagan |
June 27, 2008 - 1:31pm | Larry - please post about the graphic-sharing thingie... |
July 1, 2008 - 12:38pm | Ok 10 PM EST See everyone there! |
July 1, 2008 - 6:35pm | Are we playing in chat or the Game Room? The latter has a die roller feature so I took the liberty of creating a slot in the Game Room and imported the three players & characters (I had to upload Corvus' character into Larry's character section in order to link it to the game room): http://starfrontiers.us/node/3120 |
July 1, 2008 - 7:01pm | It's 10 PM - do you know where my players are...? |
July 1, 2008 - 7:02pm | Yes, game room, and thank you for the set up Shadow. Although we need the other two characters as well. |
July 1, 2008 - 7:02pm | I'm currently in the game room, logged in as K'ras-Tvil |
July 2, 2008 - 7:37am | My apologies for my absence. Larry's continued silence in respose to your question made me think the game would not be starting this week. If we're to play next Tuesday, just let us/me know ahead of time (Sunday or Monday night, maybe?) and I'll make sure to clear some space to be there. ![]() July 2, 2008 - 2:39pm | My bad - have not had time to keep up on this site. The Manager of this project should use the announcment's IMHO :-) Next game - if you want we can all view Imperial Lord's desktop, where he can show us maps and stuff (*** everything must be Family Friendly :-P) I have dual monitors so it's easy to see in chat/Gameroom and Imp's desktop. |
July 2, 2008 - 6:21pm | What is the "announcements"...is that front page of the project or something else? |
July 2, 2008 - 9:04pm | How about a new Project, called All That Glitters, and we will have a separate thread with the absolute final truth on the time of the game. That will be the sole purpose of the thread. |
![]() July 3, 2008 - 6:40am | What is the "announcements"...is that front page of the project or something else? if your the manager of a project click on Members and you will see a box at the top "Project Announcement:" |
July 3, 2008 - 3:48pm | Ah, pretty clever. Like that Jack in the Box commercial goes --- "WHY DIDN'T YOU THINK OF THAT?!?" |
