 August 13, 2025 - 6:05am | Likely was a heavy lift shuttle (HS 2-3) left over from the colony ships that first brought humanity to Clarion. This means it's old and maintenance is an issue. However, it's a product of technology that intended for it to last a long service life. Needed to ferry personnel and cargo to and from surface of prospective comply so plenty of cargo space and surplus life support. Retrofitted many times since arriving in Clarion. Chem drive and robust fuel bunkersge. At time of first contact with Dralasites and vrusk some discussion was made over purchasing one of the cutting edge vrusk atomic drives and updating the craft again but appropriations stalled in the House of Lords.
