Xyler’s Mech Shop is a Brixton subsidiary, but the manager, Cygnus Bor’man, is an independent businessman who works with gangs who steal vehicles. He will pay a low price for them.
He uses this as a front for a Chop Shop located in another warehouse.
He has low level workers, sometimes bots, called “Links” who blend in the city and are used as contacts for the gangs to communicate when they have merchandise to sell. Usually these Links have gangs drop off at random areas as to not to tie back to Xyler’s Mech Shop.
He has an order from a Graylo Demorgol (who works for his client “Zerom’) to deliver stolen vehicles to an unmarked Warehouse facility in a Frost Lander city a few 1000km away.
