It has businesses in nearly every field: manufacturing, salvage (although this is run through Redwillow, Inc.'s space station), shipbuilding and designing, mining, freight hauling, and passenger lines. Because of this, the company alone makes over 125 million credits per year. They are currently ranked #5 in Dralasite Quarterly's Top List of MegaCorporations, #4 in Minotaur Monthly's Friendliest Companies, and #4 in UPF Yearly's Companies Least Likely to Take Over the Universe, behind Streel, Pan-Gal, and Redwillow. Tymar Industries, because of its large assets, utilizes a fleet of over 35 ships, known as Task Force Devco. (This can be found in A Giant Fleet Project.) It is the fastest-growing corporation on the Frontier, having gone from 15 million in profits to 131 million in profits in the span of two years, most of this on the strength of the Royal Calrissian Luxury Liner fleet, the Dawn Star Luxury Liner fleet, and the Roscoe, a jump tug operating out of the Raven, Redwillow, Inc.'s space station and jewel of their fleet.
