 August 9, 2010 - 10:50am | Well, I have be quiet for several months. Real life has kicked me hard and I havent had much time for anything out side of family. But in the last few days I have been able to find some time and goof around a bit. This is part of what I am working on for the game world:  Slightly modified from a Traveller product of some sort. August 13, 2010 - 10:53am | I pulled that image from a Traveller product: Imperial Armed Forces Vehicle Guide Altair Sub-Sector: Set Number Two, Aircraft, Rotary & Fixed Wing. By the Adjutant. The image is taken from a hand drawn one in the book. I just put it in MSpiant and started cleaning up the lines and making some adjustments. But there is not much variation from the original. SO i am sure its a copywright infringement of some sort there.... Let me know the legalities of that and putting it in SFMan. And yes, it is supossed to be a two-person scout vehicle.  August 14, 2010 - 7:46am | Henry Ford could not Sue General Motors just because thier car had 4 wheels too. Just make sure you modify the picture enough that it looks like a different enough vehicle. Add tailfins and a spare tire or something. Then you have something new and no posable violation.So remove the landing Skids and put on 4 wheels and you should be good. The bombing starts in five minutes. |

True but the Wright Brothers did try to sue anyone who tried to build a plane as a patent infringement- didn't work and as plane manufacturers they dropped out of the public eye over time.
