not suppling a Subject in a Forum erases text in RTF edit

    Issue Number:
    111
    Severity:
    Minor
    Description:
If a SUBJECT isn't provided when submitting a FORUM topic, it erases everything in the RTF editor.
I was in OCS and clicked on the bubble to "discuss this topic in the forum", forgot to put a subject and got his error "Subject field is required."

I have a feeling this is another IE thing. I don't recall ever having this problem in Firefox. Whenever I don't give a forum topic, it keeps the text in the RTF editor when it gives me the error.

This is common on other sites as well... not a big fan of losing all of my typed stuff!! Yell

I'll see if there's a way to prevent it - or perhaps to have the "submit" button grayed-out until the subject line has at least one character.
