  • 1. Haatzk Naar's body. The space helmet of the infamous priate was enevtually located after his execution by being blown out of an air lock with a holed space suit. It was presumed that he decided to go on his own terms and removed his helmet. The body has never been found butif it was it might settle the question surrounding the rumor that he escaped his execution by trading places with a body double.
2. The Wyaddah's Revenge a 160 year old mystery: all was not as well as the Fo1 would like to pretend with their ascention to power during the Yazarian Star Exodus. The Wyaddah clan objected strenuously to the clan Anglann usurpation of power and declared clan war on clan Anglann. The Wyaddah clan seized a exodus scout ship, Renamed her Wyaddah's Revenge. The Fo1 labbeled the clan pirates and outfited other exodus ships to run them to ground. Reports say the Fo1 ships pursued Wyaddah's Revenge to an unnamed system and destroyed her. A memoir written by one of the crew of the Fo1 ships suggested that the Wyaddah's Revenge dove into the atmosphere of this planet in a desperate bid to escape the Fo1 ships but broke up and crashed in the ocean with no survivors.

First in FY 46 and again in FY51 bottles of yazirian blood brady were found in the waters surrounding an island 500 km from Port Loren, Gran Quivera. Each bottle was a different vintage of blood brandy but both of which had been distilled on Yazira before the Star Exodus leading to speculation that the Wyaddah's Revenge may rest in the depts off this island.

Each bottle sold for over 1 million credits with the second one going for 1.8 million.
I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!

3. Vollon's Debate: a merchant ship was intentionally crashed by her crew into the Southern Ocean on Inner Reach during the First Dramune War rather than let pirates board and take her rich cargo of refined federanium when the Inner Reach militia had been lured out system. If found its recovered cargo would be worth hundreds of millions.

4. The Star Devil's secret hide away on Volturnus. Its almost certain that the Star Devil had a personal retreat on Volturnus but its location has never turned up. There are consistent rumors and conspiracy theories that PGC wiped out this retreat but never any sollid evidence. That is until 20 years ago a crater was discovered on Volturnus. Some artifacts located near to it could be connected to the Star Devil Pirates but nothing is conclusive.

5. Vrusk Pirate ships Mandible, Claw and Abdomen. Before the UPF was founded, several Vrusk conglomerates were having trouble with a group of pirates from the other races. They chartered a Trade House to deal with the pirates under a privateer contract. The Mandible was less an attack craft and more of a troop carrier with grapples and special boarding equipment carrying 50 Marines. The Claw was a Frigate used to open the attack and disable the target. The Abdomen was a cargo and support ship capable of doing some advanced repairs in deep space, it also held the plunder from the targeted ships. Once the pirates had been dealt with and relations between the core four races became better the conglomerates tried to end the Privateer Trade House. The Mandible, Claw, and Abdomen refused and turned pirate themselves.
No one is sure what happened to the three ships and their crews. Some believe they jioned with Natzk Haar's pirate fleet and were destroyed off Timeon. Some believe one or more of the ships survived and were hidden in the Timeon system or a nearby one after they jumped. The crews abandoned them and were able to rejion other crews.
If these three specialized commerce raiders were ever found they could be a real danger to shipping even today. The Abdomen may contain a great deal of treasure still and as a support vessel would not have been directly involved in the battle.
Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go?
