![]() April 13, 2017 - 6:28pm | The site doesn't have (and never has had) an SSL certificate to allow for https logins. Until last year they were $300 a year to buy for a non-self-signed certificate. I could have done a self-signed certificate (I use one on my personal e-mail server) but every new person to the site would have received a nasty browser warning about self-signed certificates. They are now free through a new service but I haven't had time to implement the stuff on the server to get one and my current hosting provider where I want to move the site off my home computer doesn't support them. It's on my to-do list for after I get the Drupal version upgraded. Ad Astra Per Ardua! ![]() April 14, 2017 - 6:15am | Yeah, the newer browsers are getting picky and I think this summer some of them won't even allow you to connect to a site that doesn't have https. Or at least they have threatened to. It really frustrates me but it is the world we live in. Ad Astra Per Ardua!
