 August 16, 2016 - 9:36pm | SF has been on my mind again lately. Most likely because I have been back playing Eve Online and other Sci-Fi space games. Like the rest of you I will never be content with how SF was left hanging in deep space with no chance of the distress call being received by anyone who cares to answer. As such we were left to fend for ourselves, and as how the rest of the classic games have been re-written and messed over. I think I am happy that SF is left in its Frozen Stasis. Suspended in deep space for us to enjoy it how it was intended to be played. Now, back to my Subject of my post. "Checking Back In" It has been a long while since I was on here and I miss the community. I am happy to see it is still here, perhaps like myself, a little older :) but like all good things better with age!  August 17, 2016 - 6:36am | Welcome back. FWIW SF was in the stages of being rewritten, and that is one of the major contributors to its demise. Perhaps not so much by the rewriting itself but more with the agenda behind the whole affair. |
