 February 8, 2015 - 10:23pm | yes it is, remember S&S 2E is a trek clone so most project materials will have that look and feel about them even if they aren't the same. Some folks go straight for the canon material and just change the names, but as the author encourages I am working constructing my own "vision" which embraces the feel and the spirit while not being a carbon copy with just the serial numbers filed off. The game is a lot of fun and developing stuff for it is equally fun. I still love SF but it gets so burdensome trying to build rocket science into a game about things that never were and never will be. At least in S&S 2E there is no appologizing for hand-wavium just good old fashioned sci-fi fun and adventures. |
