For those of you that want to play around with smashing things together and seeing what happens check out Impact: Earth! at http://www.purdue.edu/impactearth/ .  It is a simulator that allows you to vary the impactor size, density speed, impact angle, target landform and your distance from the impact.  I then computes a bunch of information about the impact such as crater size, seismic effect, global effects, etc.

That's cool!

I've been inside the diameter of the impact crater on a few occasions and was ejected!

I've also found it difficult to significantly alter the axial tilt of the earth.
I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!
