OnceFarOff June 26, 2012 - 7:19pm | Hello all- Still new to the Forum, and just coming back to SF. I stumbled upon map tool as I was trying to figure out how to handle game maps. I ended up really liking it. I run MT on my laptop and send the display to a second monitor, angled so my kids can see it, but then I handle all the rolling on my display, where they can't see. I haven't gotten macros to work very well, other than basic die rolling. This is SO much better than paper maps! |

The son unit likes to create maps and move tokens around - just for fun. :-) I built a bunch of macros for BareBones a few months ago and haven't worked on it since. Currently I run all my online games on TableTopForge (I'm a sponsor). I've also tried Roll20 - which has some really cool features. ...and welcome to the site. :-) |

I've been seeing TableTopForge pop up here and there but when I checked into it, could not find a place to play or observe. How does it work, exactly? Start a Hangout in GooglePlus, then click on Apps and add TTF. You can start from their site as well, http://tabletopforge.com/ You can also call phones to add people to the hangout, and you can record the hangout via On Air so others can enjoy it later.... Also, check out the KS, 9 days left. |
