Isometric Maps

I'm learning how to make isometric's but unsure if they can be used with MapTool. I like that it adds a 3D effect, gonna play with FOW and see how it works.
Here's my start;

I started over, this is my 2nd attempt. 
With a different texture for the walls (the look like irregular rocks) such as tiles, this would come off as inside a building, instead of a dungeon.
