Game Session information

What information do we need to collect about a gaming session from the referee to provide to the players so they can decide which games they want to play in?  So far I've come up with:

  • name
  • gaming session it will be in (i.e date and time)
  • short description
  • maximum number of players
  • rule system to be used (AD, AD/KH, Zeb, other)
  • technology to be employed (chat room, skype, map tools, openRPG, etc)
  • Open or closed session (i.e. will the referee allow non-kibitzing observers or is it closed to only the players)
  • Is this a continuation session from a pervious game session (and if so which one)
  • Special/House/Optional rules to be used
Any other information we should collect?

I'm not sure how best to collect the Special/House/Optional rules as the possibilites are quite vairied.  For now it will just be a text box the referee can type information into.
