Check out the Frontier Travel Guide section of the wiki on the Star Frontiers Network.  I've now added all the canon material (AD, KH, ZG and modules) on all the star systems and planets in the Frontier and Rim.  I'll be adding in information from the Star Frontiersman magazine and from the old Star Frontiers listserv archives as well.  If you've got system briefs and want to add them to the wiki, feel free to jump on over and start editing.

looks like it needs some work yet before its a real travel guide.
I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!

Just goes to show you how little there was in the canon material.  Smile

What? how about the City of Onehome? its in the canon material and its not there.

He left space to put in planets and stars, cities, corps and organizations but only put in a few entries and those look non canon as it is.

it could be a good resource it just needs a little work or did I miss something?

EDIT: Ok I just saw the link to the star and planetary guides but again there is a host of canon material cities, corporations and organizations not entered. and what was put in for those entires seems non canon to me.

Not that he's wrong for including fan creations, I just think that the canon material should be mined first then add the fan creations to a guide like that. Kind of like what I did with Zebulon's Guide to Cadres and Cults- I mined for all the canon material I could find and then included fan creation that made the SFman.

True, I only put in the Star Systems and Planets.  I didn't get down to the cities, corps and organizations yet.  And the ones that are there were added by Larry and are definitely non-canon.  Right now I'm focusing on the star and planet data.  The next pass will be corps, cadres and organizations.  Although anyone that want's to help flesh it out is welcome to edit and add pages.

I like the Low Star Port for Triad- it suggest a High Star port- which is an idea I've been kicking around as there would be a fuel saving to have a star port on a high plateau and since earth currently has 22 locations to launch craft into space there is no reason a Frontier planet would not have several star ports unless it was an outpost world; then I'd just expect one and it could even be a dirt stirp.
