Captain's Log, Entry 35-571, Encountered an unusual derelict space hulk while survery celestial artifacts near the Muld Nebula. Object is very large, possibly a space craft, but there are no identifyable components confirming this. Scans cannot accurately define composition of objects surface. There is no discernable aft or stern of the object as it is adrift and not emitting any kind or propulsion. The object has a very organic, almost insectoid, resemblance with a one end shaped like large bulb and the opposite end shapped like a cylinder. Two large pods extend from the main structure on struts but their function is unknown, weapons, engines, the design is so foreign it is difficult to tell. I am sending details of the encounter to corporate headquarters and requesting a research team be sent to asses the value of the find and ascetrain salvage viability.
