Refer to: The Toy Operation.

My initial thoughts;
  • PC hired to investigate missing credit-chips belonging to the corporation they are working for. 
  • Price tag found by PC's. Shopping network indicates this belongs to a Robot Me! character. PC's might want to check out the local toy store

Undecided I wonder if I could spin this into a kids adventure. Something light and fun. No shooting, no scary robots or toys just an investigation and running thru an obstacle course.

I dont see why not, you have an antagonist and conflict so it should work.
I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!
