Place: Xin Clusters, Tyco Refugee Colony.
Originally intended as a temporary colony established by the Tyco Accords treaty the Xin Clusters quickly grew to be massive orbiting settlements. Affectionatley called "Trailer Parks" or "The Projects" in a reference to late 20th century human culture by traders and freighter captains.
