Expanding mini adventures into full fledged modules

Not tooting my own horn, hopefully, but has anyone else tried to expand the few mini adventures introduced in the core SF rulebooks into full fledged adventures. Where would you set these adventures in relation to Frontier history? I took the first mini adventure (the one with the mysterious cube thingy) and turned it into two adventures for my project, created to introduce the Sathar into my campaign world. I've thought that the last one would make a great prelude to the volturnus campaign.

So what did or would you do to expand these mini adventures into full fledged ones?

Shadow Shack did the same thing. He ran a game on sf.org, see Port Loren Raiders. I'd like to see that one typed up in a module format.

Also, he ran Basically Speaking which was a continuation of Warriors of White Light, we played Clarion Marines. This was an online game, you can read Basically Speaking articles in the Star Frontiersman under Game Report.

Good ideas if the modules are fleshed out and offer plot hooks for GM's.

Another idea we did was have a running adventure by telling a story.
See Issue 12, The Keep It Rolling Story.
I started a thread on this site and we just replied to the last post.

Several years ago I ran an email story kind of like a shared world story (think thieves world), where I would write joiner chapters to keep the story going, and we had three or four different story lines going on that were eventually linked together. This story was over a hundred chapters and I wish I had kept it. the writing went from bad to good, but at the time my ex took on the task of editing and trying to make the writing readable. It was a fun project

Maybe we can do that with an adventure, one person writes the outline, and each member of the group in some order creates one encounter which pushes the adventure forward, with the originator of the storyline creating the conclusion of the piece.

It's worth a try. I tried this and it failed. The keep it rolling story seemed to work better.

If your specific on what you need it might go better. I think I was too generic.
