Deryn_Rys November 22, 2010 - 9:58am | As you all know I've got a project going here that has some info that you guys might be interested in, and in the spirit of community I want to offer you guys use of the creatures I've created for my campaign. If you guys want to use them, they currently have d20 based stats but If you want to wait I can try to rework them using the template provided here, but that will take some time because of all the work I'm currently involved in. But let me know so I can add this to my to do list. For example; d20 d100 +1 +5 +2 +10 +3 +15 This way you only need to do it once (or so I believe). You can also submit your creatures to forum posts or documents in your project (make sure allow linking, which I believe you are) For example, say you want to link your "A sample Star System". Find the node number and use the following code, replacing xxxx with the number. <<node, xxxx>> Also, if you create a character, the ENTIRE node is inserted in the post. :-) |
Deryn_Rys November 22, 2010 - 11:25pm | Because the d20 creatures have a lot of info not used in Star Frontiers (armor classes, saving throws, different damage dice, etc) it would be easier to use the template you have provided and create a version of the creature that fits the SF format rather then try to create a conversion table. Not to mention I like the challenge of trying to create a Classic SF version of the creatures I've made for my version of SF.
