Love it or hate but Iron Crown Enterprises  Space Master game has some great module titles:
(I was surfing ebay looking for a deal)

War on a Distant Moon
Disaster on Adanus III
Tales from Deep Space
Beyond the Core
Action On Akaisha Outstation
Cygnus Conspiracy
Raiders from the Frontier
Imperial Crisis
Lost Telepaths
Legacy of the Ancients

There's a lot of alliteration in that list or the title really catches your imagination.
Some of the titles jump out and get the old GM's brain going. Like War on a Distant Moon.
I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!

yeah. I had alot of fun with Space Master.
THe adventures are pretty decent. I think they would translate well, but you just have to watch the tech level.
The critical hit tables are great. I break out the books every now and again to see if I can adapt the crit charts to SF.
Time flies when your having rum.

Im a government employee, I dont goof-off. I constructively abuse my time.

Too many charts and tables, and character generation takes forever.

Shame really, cos the canned adventures are really good.

Sounds cool Jedion. Are you gonna get some of 'em?
I had the opportunity to play Rolemaster with a guy that wrote for I.C.E. I really liked Rolemaster. When we played Spacemaster the system didn't translate well to a space game in my opinion.
Way too campy for my taste...

Might be a good resource to get adventure ideas for SF though.

At least I got to scare an alien rabbit thingy......

I'd like to return to some of my tetrach ideas eventually so I think I'll pick up Legacy of the Ancients as a reference work.

The Space Master background, I think, tried to meld several different Space Empire themes into one, and it kind of succeeded, and kind of didn't.

Great titles - very inspiring.

I just picked up Space Opera boxed set which including extra "stuff". Still looking through the stuff to determine what the extras are. :-)

Does catch the imagination, though. Can easily fit in SF so long as you don't mind tweaking with the setting a bit.
