Anonymous September 23, 2009 - 1:52pm | Don't want to step on anyone toes. I feel we should combine the following projects into a single project/resource. (I've already posted moving the content from my project to Tom's) - Ships of the Frontier (Terl) - Online Ship Generator (w00t) - Deck Plans (Shadow Shack) ...and maybe - Space Stations (jedion357) Thoughts? |
TerlObar September 23, 2009 - 4:33pm | Doesn't matter to me. I just created the Ships project as a place to store stats for game use. Doesn't really matter where it ends up. Ad Astra Per Ardua! Ascent September 23, 2009 - 6:33pm | Both times I suggested to people to merge our projects, I got painted as an evil project conqueror. w00t (not verified) September 23, 2009 - 8:41pm | shhhhhh.... your ruining my Master Plan!!! ;-) |
Shadow Shack September 24, 2009 - 8:05am | I have no qualms with such a merge, there's probably too many projects open anyways. If it cleans things up go for it. The politics of "who is the manager" makes no difference to me. I'd only respectfully request the Deck Plans homepage graphic be moved to the document section of whatever master project it goes to as far as signifying where the deck plans are located: "You weren't on any mercy mission this time. Several transmissions were beamed to this ship by Sathar agents. I want to know what happened to the deck plans they sent you!” |
w00t (not verified) September 24, 2009 - 9:20am | I think I bit off more than I can chew... I'll have to get with Bill to see how we can merge the projects. Proposed Changes

Shadow Shack September 24, 2009 - 2:53pm | Just take smaller bites. If you want that on the front page, even better! I simply wanted it as a cover for the documents section where my deck plans would end up. But it is a nifty bit of canon goodness with an immediately recognizable slogan and as such probably makes for good cover material. |
