For now, refer to http://spacerats.forumup.org/viewtopic.php?t=18&mforum=spacerats The info's been adjusted slightly to fit the campaign(Shadow Shack's, which I took over, everything else on that thread other than the railguns are his relatively unedited words), but it's still the same as SFMan #7, and the overhaul information supersedes anything I posted elsewhere.
