johnny January 7, 2009 - 7:43pm | I played this when I was a kid and wanted to play it again. I found your site, but, and sorry for this, there is another start frontiers site also. Is this the same game from the 80's? What is "remastered"? Is this a different game from the other site (http://starfrontiers.com/)? Thank you. |
w00t (not verified) January 7, 2009 - 8:22pm | Hi Johnny. The remastered project is devoted to creating newly formatted, artistically pleasing downloadable PDF files from the previously-published Star Frontiers books circa 1980's. You can get a copy here; http://starfrontiersman.com/downloads/remastered http://starfrontiers.com/rules has the original scans and all the published SF Dragon articles. :-) |
TerlObar January 9, 2009 - 9:21am | It's the same game, just repackaged as w00t said. Ad Astra Per Ardua! My blog - Expanding Frontier Webmaster - The Star Frontiers Network & this site Founding Editor - The Frontier Explorer Magazine Managing Editor - The Star Frontiersman Magazine |
Gergmaster January 13, 2009 - 4:35pm | Think of what George Lucas did to the old Star Wars movies. He fixed a few problems, cleaned up the product, etc. Same thing has been done here.
