    ADD NEW button for downloads page not working

    Description:
    If download settings are set to "OPEN UPLOADING" then all works fine... but when either of the other settings are selected, the ADD NEW button never shows up. I have to look into this, but I'm tired right now and goin to bed Yell

    Okay - figured it out. 

    *WARNING* [GEEK-TALK] I forgot to make a global reference to $user and so my function call to download_canedit($user->uid, $n->title) had an out-of-scope object, resulting in belief that the user wasn't logged in and OF COURSE I don't want non-logged-in members to upload files to my server [/GEEK-TALK].
