Project Managers should be able to do some minimal level of content moderation on their project's forums. It would be good enough if they could edit posts in their forums that don't belong to them. Or at least give them an option to "censor" a post, which would make it not render but instead post "content censored by Project Manager" FIXED: I gave a "Censor" option to Project Managers for all forum posts, topics, and comments.
