Description:
Since the private message system has a quota, deleting
messages becomes vital to database management. To make it easier, I
should put a "select all" button somewhere on the page so people don't
have to select so many check boxes before clicking "delete" FIXED:
added a checkbox in the header of the lists that, when checked, checks
all in the viewable table
