Description:
Forums refer to "REPLY" everywhere except the initial
post, where it calls it "COMMENT". Change it all to "REPLY" for
consistency. This is a normal Drupal Forum issue that seriously annoys
those of us
accustomed to flat forums like those found at RPG.NET. I'll make it
consistent.
