    Poll Discussions hard to notice

    Description:
    Place new comments and new polls in the "What's New" list and in the "Newest Topics" list on the front page.  Currently, it's hard to notice there are new comments in a poll.

    Theme the "x new" in the Poll section to have a "RED" background.

    		If I do that, people will want a way to make the red go away - so then I'd have to have a "mark as read" button somewhere.

    I'd rather just add it to the "What's New" general content stuff.  I think that's probably easy to do.  Just have to edit a handful of code.
