Again, based on data from FEMA, I took one of their photos about the effects of a typical, modern day truck bomb and put it on the Port Loren map. The orange ring, where one would expect potentially lethal injuries, extends out 250 meters from the center of the explosion to roughly the far edge of the map. The outer yellow ring -- where one would expect severe injuries from glass -- extends off the map to more than 500 meters.
