iggy March 20, 2018 - 9:43pm | Refer to: Deck 1 - Bridge. This deck has a large launch. What does this large launch look like? How big is it? -iggy |
jedion357 March 22, 2018 - 4:03am | I believe the book says it has a bubble canopy, no air lock. Requiring vacuum suits for everyone on board if there is an eva. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |

Yes, that description seems so... so limited. I think there should be a variety of designs, because the canon version seems ripe for disaster. Why not something like they had in Star Trek the Motion Picture. It doesn't have an airlock but it at least has a docking collar. Joe Cabadas |

Just hand wave that the large and small launches are this style with a docking collar. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |
Shadow Shack April 15, 2018 - 1:01pm | I had intended on copy/cut/pasting the lifeboat from the Gullwind and remapping it for the launch but never got around to it. I also have MS Paint renderings of both a small & large launch on a disc somewhere... |
