jedion357 January 31, 2018 - 8:04pm | The Inquisitor is a combination priest/enforcer/political officer many will have been selected from the ranks of the priesthood and will be true believers that Yazira will replant the Garden of Yazira (for now its believed to be Hentz) and that the Yaz will inherit the galaxy. they know and understand Fo1 theology Not all are from Hentz and those that are succumb to the subtle pressure that they must be better than beings from Hentz to advance in the Inquisitor organization. They are not afraid to use force and are trained to use a weaon: going with gyrojet skill- fan cannon that its possibly a yaz weapon. most likely that they carry a pistol political officer (of the communist era stripe) enforcing orthodoxy in the faithful on Hentz and generally pushing things elsewhere which has lead to some incidents. High PER/LDR abilities for the use of Psych-social skill and to command squads of ? called ? squads of ? usually number 5 (enforcer grunt types) and a higher level Inquisitor will have a double squad. I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers! |

rattraveller February 4, 2018 - 6:50am | The Inquisitors in Warhammer 40k are alot like what you have described. There is one thing about those Inquisitors that can apply to Fo1 Inquisitors also. 40k Inquisitors are all orphans. Usually from families where the parents worked for the Imperial Beauracracy and died in their service. The children are then taken in by the state and raised to be extremely devoted to the cause while also being trained in everything they need. Being 40k failure usually results in death but you don't have to go that far. Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go? |

(This is an addition, not a replacement, of your suggestion). Joe Cabadas |
jedion357 February 11, 2018 - 1:55pm | One of the ministries of the Fo1 is to run orphanages across the Frontier for orphans of the yazirian species. They are very open to the clanless and there is an attached school the curriculum is obviously bent toward Fo1 proganda, and the policy of welcoming the clanless has given Fo1 deep inroads of influence among the yazirian population on Gran Quivera.
