Here is a thread where we can discuss various topics and workout procedures or mechanics for the game while outside of the actual game postings.

I had a problem with that when I first joined. The user interface for the site has a big blue button at the bottom that says "reply to post" but that actually opens up the full post interface. I was composing a reply in the quick reply section at the bottom of the forum page, and instead of hitting post comment below the quick reply window, I was opening the full reply page. I'm not sure if that's what happening to you- you're probably smarter than I am, but it happened to me a couple of times before I learned.

Looks like I was hitting the big blue button instead of the post comment in the QR section...I'm not sure about smarter but you were more perceptive!!

^ I had 2 or 3 really long replies written out and lost them due to that button. I'm a part of a few other forums, and that is a different feature here, so it took a couple of times for me to finally learn...

There is a suggestion from one of our players to increase the posting pace. If Everyone is agreeable to this we can try a minimum of two posts per week. I know everyone is busy so I am going by a consensus here. I know some PBP games post daily but this would eat into my project time because I cannot post from work. However, I am agree-able to increasing or decreasing the minimum posts to keep the game fun and a fun project that everyone enjoys participating in.

My schedule is very fluid so will post when I can. Please people try and remember that reading 6 or 8 2000 word posts a week can quickly get boring. Be exciting but please be concise.
Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go?

I would like to see it increased as well.

Okay, lets give it a go. Starting tonight we will move to two posts per week to see how it goes. However, if folks don't post or fall behind I will move it back to one. New post schedule is as follows. All players please have your posts in by Sunday Night and Wednesday Night. Ref determined results and narratives will be posted on Mondays and Thursdays (Which is why I need your posts before hand in order to post results). Of course you are always welcome to post supporting materials or narratives as often as you like but all Roll results and resolutions will be conducted on Sunday and Wednesday. You are also welcome to post in Character in your own Log entries to flesh out character thoughts and "feelings" outside of the actual game play.

Guys I'm sorry as interesting as this is and I mean that I really do like the idea here...I really don't like the board for what we are doing.  I am really tired of writing posts and then hitting the wrong button and losing them.  I know it's my fault but the layout just seems confusing.  Also when reading into the fourms it seems that there is a lot of redudency while posting.  I know I was the player who suggested two post per week but the constant re-writing has turned me off and rather than drag this out and get more frustrated I am going to bow out.

With the holidays quickly approaching and schedule  filling up with projects and commissions due I think this would be a perfect time to pause the game for the Holidays. I think we will try to resume with Day four after the new year. This will give everyone a break from this for a while.
